The spring/summer fashion weeks are well underway and we’ve not only been eyeing up the key pieces we’ll need for 2020, but we’ve been checking out the next big beauty trends. So far, it seems that the catwalks of Milan have been serving up some of the freshest beauty looks. From weird and wonderful brows to bold, statement eyes, here are the trends you need to know.
Brows are the new lashes
We’re all about fluffy brows, but we think this look might just be taking that to the extreme. Gucci took statement lashes to the next level by adding falsies to the top and bottom lash lines, as well as the brows. We think we’ll stick to the Pro Pencil to fake fuller brows.

Two-tone lips
Don’t you just hate it when you can’t choose between your two fave lipsticks? Now, you can wear both. Next season sees two-tone lips coming into fashion, a bolder spin on the old ombre lip look. We’re loving this wearable take on the trend at the Vivetta show.

The twinkle brow
Remember the Instagram craze for the #glitterbrow back in 2017? Say hello to this softer and prettier look, as seen on the Ermanno Scervino models. It’s a barely-there brow with a hint of sparkle and we love it.

Neon creases
Spring is the perfect time to inject some colour into your wardrobe, so why not add it to your make up bag, too? We’re obsessed with the looks Pat McGrath created at the Versace show; a splash of neon eyeshadow through the crease paired with fresh skin and glossy lips.

Big and bold brows
A bold, statement brow is nothing new, but Prada took it to the extreme with this daring look. Dark eyeshadow was applied just under bleached brows to give the illusion of a full, flat brow. Definitely a look reserved for the brave!
