Can I still order online?
We can assure you that online orders are running safely. You can still purchase products from our online shop as normal. Deliveries are managed through Royal Mail and UPS, who are following the latest government guidance to keep everyone safe. Due to social distancing, delays can be expected with Royal Mail (up to 14 days).
What happens after I’ve placed an order?
Our Distribution Centre is working hard to ensure that your order is delivered safely. Our Distribution team cannot work remotely, which is why we have implemented enhanced hygiene measures. This includes sanitising all work areas before and after use, in addition to the UK government guidelines on handwashing.
Is next day delivery available?
We have removed our next day delivery option to keep the number of staff working in our Distribution Centre as low as possible. Operating with a significantly reduced Distribution team allows us to isolate team members, in line with social distancing guidelines.
Can I track my order?
Please allow 48 hours from placing an order for it to leave our Distribution Centre. Avoid contacting team HD regarding tracking your delivery if it has been less than 14 days since you placed an order.
