Here at HD Brows, we offer award-winning training courses at our official academies across the UK. A big part of what makes our courses so great is our amazing team of experienced Elite Trainers. Before heading to our Leeds academy, get to know the faces that could be teaching you.
Jamie Long
Brows aren’t just big business for ladies any more; the male grooming market is booming and our Jamie is leading the way. When he’s not teaching, he can be found travelling up and down the country, beautifying the brows of celebs, bloggers and models. You may also recognise his face from our social media pages. He’s often creating videos and keeping you up to date with what’s going behind the scenes on the @hdbrowsofficial Instagram stories. As Lead Brow Stylist, he is fast becoming known as the Brow King and the face of HD Brows.
Michelle Bell
Being one of our longest serving trainers, scores of our students have had the privilege of being trained by Michelle. Her bubbly personality always has students laughing and immediately puts them at ease. She also keeps the rest of the trainers in line! When she’s not at the academy she can be found training students in HD Brows Microblading and for our sister company K.B Pro.
Angela Kimberley
Ange is another of our long serving trainers, who always strives to get the best out of the students. When she’s not training at the academy, she can be found looking after her clients at her salon in Bradford.
Camilla Sharp
Camilla is one of our youngest trainers and works full time at the academy and HD Brows head office. When it comes to HD, she is the font of all knowledge! When she’s not in the brow training room, she can be found teaching on our make up artistry courses. Prior to working here at HD, Camilla was working as a make up artist and special effects artist.
Emma Willcock
Emma, our youngest trainer, has a great eye for detail. She’s often picking up on things and coming up with ideas that the rest of us may have not thought of, and therefore a massive credit to the team. When she’s not training, Emma can be found working from her ever expanding home salon. You’ll also see her sharing her work and offering advice to Stylists over on the collective in her spare time.
Melissa Johnson
Mel is our resident science geek. She’s very passionate about ingredients and product. If Mel is confident that our products are top quality then we all should be! When she’s not teaching, she can be found travelling up and down the country, supporting our Stylists and salon owners with treatment tips and product knowledge.
Harriet Thacker
Harriet is a great at instilling confidence in our students. Her bubbly personality quickly puts students at ease, and she builds a great rapport with everyone she teaches. When she’s not in the academy, she is in demand at her mum’s busy salon.
Rachel Gomersall
Rachel has been part of the Leeds training team for several years. Her calm and kind nature eases nerves so students can feel confident carrying out the treatment. When she’s not at the academy, she can be found working from home on her own clients or looking after her lovely little boy.
Terri Hordle
Terri is one of the newer members of the team, but she fitted right in from the get go! Her sense of humour makes learning fun and engaging for both the students and the rest of the trainers. When she isn’t at the academy she can be found working her magic on her own clients or looking after her cute little girl.
Angela Bird
Even though you’ll see Angela training students at our Leeds Academy, she can also be found imparting her knowledge at our Milton Keynes Academy. Like all of our trainers, she is brow obsessed! Emily Singh
Emily is one of our newest recruits at the academy. She wanted to become a trainer to take a step back from running her own large successful salon in Leeds, which specialises in brows, lashes and microblading.
Kathryn Giles-Bowman
Kathryn is another of our long standing trainers. She has a massive passion for brows and the beauty industry as a whole. After being in the industry for many years and running her successful salon, her teaching style fills students with confidence and knowledge.
