Do not use the heater casing to remove excess wax from Swizzle Sticks, as wax can get down the gaps on the side

The heater is guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase against failure due to faulty workmanship or components. Please note that your warranty will be affected if it’s deemed to have been used incorrectly. This would include but not limited to:
