Available in a pack of 30, these sleek and stylish cards allow you to keep your client’s details up to date for safe treatments. They are suitable for both HD Brows and HD BrowSculpt treatments.
Why you'll love it
Each card contains sections to ensure you have all the relevant client information and medical history to carry out safe treatments. Plus, there's space to keep notes on six individual treatments, including the bespoke tint mix and any details on their re-growth programme.
It is a requirement of your insurance policy to keep customer records accurate and up to date. All HD Brows customers must complete the card before any treatment can take place.
As well as being a requirement, these cards are a great marketing and customer service aid. You can develop a re-growth programme to encourage repeat business, keep track of your client’s treatment progress and make notes of the products used to help with retailing.

Ask your client to complete the Client Record Card as part of the consultation stage of their first treatment.
Ahead of all other treatments, run through their information to ensure there are no changes to medical history, etc.
At the end of each treatment, make notes on their treatment (Brow Dye, mix, re-growth plan details, etc) to remind you on their next visit.
Always be sure to store away securely and in compliance with GDPR.
