Thoroughly mix one part Brow Dye to two parts HD Brow Dye Developer.
Apply to the brows, remembering to cover all the fluffy, vellus hairs.
Dyes generally take between 5-10 minutes to develop, depending on the desired colour hair type. Never leave for longer than 10 minutes.
Once the desired colour has been achieved, remove with a cotton pad.
Ensure procedure is undertaken in accordance with the HD Brows training manual.
