Last week our in-house Graphic Designer Danielle Muntyan travelled to Manchester to work BTS with clothing brand Lavish Alice, as part of a summer giveaway collaboration. Teaming up with Lavish Alice allowed for our professional make up range to be used for their SS18 campaign, showcasing glowing, natural beauty. The campaign is one to watch out for, being photographed in the stunning location of Victoria Baths, featuring models Roxy Horner and Zen Wilson. Here she gives you a behind the scenes insight in to a day with High Definition & Lavish Alice

I have always been a fan of Manchester based clothing brand, Lavish Alice, with their couture inspired, clean-cut, contemporary and minimal designs which aim to flatter every body type. Their premium feel goes hand-in-hand with the High Definition brand, and when the opportunity came around to collaborate for a social-led summer giveaway and their SS18 photoshoot featuring our professional make up, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to be a part of it, and to also put our products on the map in the local fashion market.

I traveled down to Victoria Baths in Manchester on the Wednesday morning, to encounter a truly sensational backdrop for the shoot, as well as to be greeted by an amazing team. My role was to take BTS photos of Roxy Horner and Zen Wilson looking flawless in our award-winning make up products to promote the collaboration.

The make up looks for the shoot, matched the tone of the upcoming SS18 season and collection a like, featuring slightly-peachey, glowing, natural skin with brushed up brows. As if there looks weren’t stunning enough, seeing the models blazoned on with natural sunlight coming through the arches and the crevices of the Victorian Baths, made them even more beautiful. Some of the essential, key products to this flawless look were our radiant Fluid Foundation, staple Eye&Brow Pro Palette and shimmering Illuminator.

I spent the day behind the scenes photographing Roxy and Zen work their model magic; a truly captivating experience in itself, doubled by the charm of the surreal location. The SS18 Lavish Alice campaign is going to be one to watch out for, and will be launching in December. As a collaboration, we can’t wait to share the final images which celebrate both brands and their strengths. Until then, I’ll leave you with some photos I took behind the scenes showing a sneak peek of what’s to come!
