GET THE LOOK: VAMP

Today we’re bringing you the third and final blog post in our series of ‘Get the Look’ tutorials inspired by the three models in our recent campaign.

In this tutorial we look at how to create the ‘Vamp’ look. Created for our model Shivani, it was all about achieving a flawless face using soft tones that worked perfectly for her skin.

Here’s how we did it:

1) To achieve Shivani’s perfect base, apply Fluid Foundation, buffing and blending in to the skin with our Buffer Brush, creating an airbrushed finish.

2) Add a subtle touch of balm to the cheeks using our Sculpt&Glow Palette, then lightly dab the product on the nose, cheeks, décolletage and above the cupids bow as a highlighter – this will result in a soft and dewy finish as well as enhancing your natural bone structure.

3) To create a really full and natural brow like Shivani’s, use our Pro Pencil to create hair-like strokes to fill and define the brows, before setting them into place with Brow Beater.

4) This look was all about keeping the colours and tones in the same family to give a monochromatic feel, so use our Sculpt&Glow Palette on the eyes to add a touch of luminosity whilst maintaining an effortless appearance.

5) A real favourite to finish any make up look is Faux Lashes, apply Bombshell Faux Lashes to enhance the eyes and complement the overall natural look.

6) Make up is never complete without a touch of colour to the lips – use our golden Lip gloss in Vintage for a subtle sheen.

On the overall look, the make up ranges Creative Director, Francesca Neill says: “I wanted Shivani’s eyes, cheekbones and lips to all be enhanced without any one of them overpowering the other two. This is great for when you’re looking to achieve that ‘no make-up, make-up’ look, as everything melts together and complements without one feature dominating the look. Gloss and soft lashes were added to give that touch of glamour to finish off this natural beauty.
