A personal message from our CEO, Karen Betts, and Team HD:

The situation surrounding coronavirus is impacting every person and every business around the world. Today, I want to reassure you that Team HD and I are working daily to put the appropriate measures in place.

My absolute priority is to keep our customers and our teams safe and well, while supporting our beauty community at large. This means we have taken the difficult decision to suspend and reschedule the delivery of all training from Monday, 23 March until Friday, 1 May 2020.  Any courses running for the remainder of this week will go ahead as planned. The last training date will be Friday, 20 March 2020.

This decision is due to the recent UK government advice on group based social activities and the forthcoming closure of schools and educational institutes. As you know, we pride ourselves on being the gold standard for training in the industry and we believe this will interfere with our ability to deliver the quality you have come to expect, while keeping students and staff safe.

If you have booked training which is taking place during this period, your account manager will be contacting you to reschedule to a later date that suits you – though please feel free to call your account manager directly on 0113 224 7908 to discuss these changes.

It’s important to let you know that our brilliant and dedicated teams are working hard to operate the business as normal. While our office teams are now working remotely where possible, our website, social platforms and customer care will continue to be available, so you can still order products and speak to us at any time.

Right now, community is more important than ever, and we encourage you to use our platforms to share your support and advice. I also want to reassure you that nothing is changing in terms of our ability to get essential treatment supplies to you, so you can continue to run your businesses locally. We’re working closely with our couriers across the UK to ensure dispatches and deliveries are not interrupted.

We are of course keeping our eye on what is an ever changing situation, and will continue to follow advice from the UK government. We are feeling more grateful than ever to have the continued support of our amazing customers, and we are sending our love and support wherever you are in these unprecedented times.
