Set brows into your desired position with Brow Glue. Brush in an upwards motion to create that fluffy brow look.
Next, apply Brow Highlighter under the brow. Draw a fine line under the entire brow and blend downwards using the Brow Highlighter Brush.
Alternatively, you can apply the product to smaller areas for a targeted brow lift: under the tail for a flat, fox brow look, or under the arch to give it lift.
